Η εμπειρία μου απο το συγκεκριμένο eshop είναι καλή και είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένη με τον τρόπο που αντιμετώπισαν το πρόβλημα μου! Έκανα παραγγελία κάτι μπότες και στείλανε αμέσως το δέμα μου που αν η εταιρία courier είχε συνεργαστεί θα είχα παραλάβει στις δύο μέρες! Ωστόσο πήρα τηλέφωνο τα κεντρικά του eShop και με εξυπηρέτησαν αμέσως και μάλιστα προσπάθησαν να μου βρούνε λύση Με πολύ άμεση ανταπόκριση και ήτανε πάρα πολύ ευγενικοί. Το λάθος που έκανα ήταν που διάλεξα γενική ταχυδρομική για να μου φέρει το δέμα αλλά πραγματικά θα ήτανε κρίμα να γράψω κακή κριτική γιατί δεν φταίει το eShop! Σίγουρα θα ξανά παραγγείλω αλλά όχι με αυτήν την εταιρία courier! Πραγματικά οι άνθρωποι είναι επαγγελματίες μέχρι που φτάσαμε στο σημείο να με πάρουνε τηλέφωνο από το κινητό για να με εξυπηρετήσουν!! Αν είχε 10 αστέρια σίγουρα τα αξίζουν ☺️
