Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση, με ευγένεια , φιλικότητα και σεβασμό στους πελάτες. Παραγγείλαμε μια δερμάτινη ζώνη Tommy Hilfiger αλλά δεν μας άρεσε το μέγεθος. Επικοινωνήσαμε μαζί τους για αλλαγή και παραγγελία ενός μπουφάν με την καταβολή της επιπλέον αξίας. Μέσα σε 4 μέρες είχαμε επιστρέψει τη ζώνη και είχαμε παραλάβει το μπουφάν στην Αθήνα!!! Σίγουρα θα αποτελέσει πρώτη επιλογή σε επομενη παραγγελία μας.

Παρήγγειλα ένα ζευγάρι παππούτσια από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα, το οποίο μου πρότεινε ένας φίλος μου. Έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένος από την άμεση και γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση και την ποιότητα του προϊόντος. Παρόλο που το πρώτο νούμερο που παρήγγειλα μου ήταν μικρό και αναγκάστηκα να το αλλάξω, παρέλαβα το κατάλληλο μέγεθος σε συνολικό διάστημα τεσσάρων ημερών από την πρώτη παραγγελία. Ήταν το πιο προσεγμένο δέμα που έχω λάβει ποτέ! Εύγε! Έψαχνα ένα δώρο για το αγόρι μου που να είναι ποιοτικό αλλά και λίγο οικονομικό. Η ζακέτα ήταν σε πολύ καλή έκπτωση και το παρήγγειλα κατευθείαν γραφωντας στα σχόλια ότι είναι για δώρο! Έλαβα μια κούτα που είχε μέσα την απόδειξη, την ζακέτα μέσα σε συσκευασία και μια σακούλα χάρτινη και βέβαια σβησμενη η τιμή, που σε άλλα μαγαζιά και να το γράψεις δεν υπάρχει τέτοια ανταπόκριση. Να σημειωθεί πως την έλαβα μέσα σε 2 μέρες. Συνεχίστε έτσι παιδιά!!

Αγόρασα για πρώτη φορά. Η παραγγελία έγινε Κυριακή βράδυ και τη Δευτέρα 11 η ώρα τα είχανε στείλει ήδη. Μου έστειλαν τον αριθμό αποστολής και με SMS και με mail και παρέλαβα πολύ γρήγορα.
