Returns and Refunds

We hope that you are pleased with your order.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases within 20 days of delivery date. To return any purchases, shipping fees are at the responsibility of the client.

If the shipping country of the return is outside E.U., there is a probability that you may be required to pay customs duties, fees, taxes, etc by the competent Authorities. Central cannot in any case-control such charges. In such cases, Customers bear the relevant charges. All these additional fees are being deducted from your refund.


Return Conditions

• All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached.

• Complete and send by email the Return Form with your purchase and customer information.
Once you receive the approval by email you can send the parcel by using the courier, post or company of your choice.

Refunding the purchase

Once the return has been checked by our team, we will refund you as quickly as possible. Please note:

• We refund the total value of the returned items and not the original shipping costs.

• The refund is always credited only to the purchaser’s bank account or via Paypal.

• The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider.

• If your purchase was made with a promotional voucher, you will receive a refund only for the amount paid—that is, the amount charged after the voucher was applied. Furthermore, the promotional voucher will no longer be valid.


Return instructions

The first change is completely free. Return costs for changing products are borne by as long as they are sent by Geniki Taxydromiki or ACS courier.

You can replace the products of your choice within 14 days of issuing the receipt. The exchange requires the Returns Form which you submit electronically or print and enclose in the parcel with the receipt. To reserve the new product you can place a new order by writing <change> in the comments or call 211 800 5040 to have one of our representatives reserve it.

The 1st Change is Free, excluding products sold with a discount of -50% or more where all handling for the change of products is charged to the customer a total of 9.80.

In the case of a refund, the refund is made by depositing into a bank account within two working days of receipt of the products. You return the products by general mail or ACS with a consignee charge.

These costs plus the original order's shipping are deducted from the deposit amount. The customer is charged the total handling costs of the product(s) amounting to €9.80.

Products can only be exchanged when a different size or color from the same product code is available.

Credit your account

As soon as the return is processed, the amount is credited to the customer account at

(α). It can be used for your next purchase at

(β). Can only be used once on a future order within one month of return.

(γ). It is not cumulative with other store credits.

It must be used in its entirety in a purchase that is either equal to or greater than its value.

Money return

In case of a refund, the refund is made by depositing into a bank account that you will indicate to us within 2 working days of receiving the products at our place. You must return products by general post or ACS with a consignee charge.

These costs plus the shipping of the original order are deducted from the amount to be deposited. The customer is charged the total handling costs of his or her products which amount to €9.80.


Terms & Conditions

Product returns are made at the current price of each item on the date of receipt by the partner courier.

The security label should still be intact and attached to the products. Products must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, and must show no signs of use.

Shoe soles must be in excellent condition and have no marks. Products must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and other accessories (bags, hangers, cases, etc.) that were received.

Shoes and other accessories must be returned in their original boxes, which must not be damaged or altered, or used as an outer box for shipping.

Products must be packaged in the package they were received in. Include the original receipt/invoice with the return package.

In the event of defective or problematic merchandise, you must follow the instructions below: reserves the right to request that you send a photo related to the defect or problem with the goods before approving the return. Where possible, Centraleshop will repair the defective product. Products that show any signs of wear or tear should be returned to the customer. reserves the right to refuse the return of a product that is not approved or not shipped under the return policy described above. In the event of unauthorized or non-procedural returns, merchandise will be returned to the customer at the shipping address listed on the original order.

If an unauthorized return is accepted, will deduct 10% of the transaction value to cover administrative costs.

For any matter not expressly mentioned, the European regulation on distance sales prevails.
