Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση, με ευγένεια , φιλικότητα και σεβασμό στους πελάτες. Παραγγείλαμε μια δερμάτινη ζώνη Tommy Hilfiger αλλά δεν μας άρεσε το μέγεθος. Επικοινωνήσαμε μαζί τους για αλλαγή και παραγγελία ενός μπουφάν με την καταβολή της επιπλέον αξίας. Μέσα σε 4 μέρες είχαμε επιστρέψει τη ζώνη και είχαμε παραλάβει το μπουφάν στην Αθήνα!!! Σίγουρα θα αποτελέσει πρώτη επιλογή σε επομενη παραγγελία μας.

Αγόρασα για πρώτη φορά. Η παραγγελία έγινε Κυριακή βράδυ και τη Δευτέρα 11 η ώρα τα είχανε στείλει ήδη. Μου έστειλαν τον αριθμό αποστολής και με SMS και με mail και παρέλαβα πολύ γρήγορα.
