The first change is completely free. Return costs for changing products are borne by Centraleshop.gr as long as they are sent by Geniki Taxydromiki or ACS courier.
You can replace the products of your choice within 14 days of issuing the receipt. The exchange requires the Returns Form which you submit electronically or print and enclose in the parcel together with the receipt. To reserve the new product you can place a new order by writing <change> in the comments or call 2118005040 to have one of our representatives reserve it.
